Using the Parent/Teacher Meeting Organiser software
The parent/teacher meeting organiser is an online process which can be accessed through an internet browser by entering www.ptmorg.com.
The aim of the software is to allow schools to operate an appointment system for parent/teacher meetings so that
- Parents/guardians only need to attend the meeting for the period when they have scheduled appointments
- Teachers will know in advance who they will see and in what order they will arrive
- The system aims to treat all parents equally in the allocation of appointments
- Meetings can be run as:

- in-person meetings in the school
- online meetings using one of the available online meeting applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc
- using phone calls from the teacher to the parents/guardians
The website is secured using Internet Security Research Group certificate authorisation.
