Our Minor soccer team were unfortunate to lose out to a strong Ringsend College side in yesterday's league opener. Despite a hat trick from 3rd year, Finn Brennan, and a goal from outside the box from marauding CB Andrew Matynenko, Blackrock unfortunately came up short 6-4 to Ringsend. A thrilling game played in a highly competitive spirit - we now look forward to our next fixture in November.
